DUE TO COVID-19 SHIPPING SERVICES HAVE TYPICALLY BEEN DELAYED. PLEASE ALLOW ADDITIONAL TIME FOR SHIPPING.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME

We process and ship all orders from our West Palm Beach showroom Monday – Friday. All orders are shipped using the United States Postal First Class Shipping service. Non-custom / personalized items are fulfilled within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted. Processing time for custom/ personalized and pre-order items will take longer. The processing time for all custom/personalized items can take up to 20 business days excluding nameplates which take up to 7 weeks. This information can be found on all the product pages. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships we will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information.

 SHIPPING & HANDLING

We now offer Free Shipping on all US orders $75 or more via USPS First Class Mail Service. Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box and FPO’s will all ship using USPS. You will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated date once your order ships.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We gladly offer international shipping using USPS International Shipping Service. Depending on the international location please allow 7-21 business days for the package to arrive. Please verify that your address is correct due to customs questionnaire. If you would like to request a different shipping service there will be an additional fee and an invoice will be sent with the difference. We will not be able to ship the package using another shipping service until the invoice is paid. Other shipping services offered with additional fee is DHL or UPS. Please leave a NOTE at checkout which you prefer.
