Customer Satisfaction Commitment
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Ainkas Jewels order there is no need to worry. Please send an email to email@example.com within 72 hours of package receipt and our custome care agents will gladly asset you with addressing any issues you may have.
We understand that things happen, ALL orders must be cancelled within 24 hours from the time the order was made in order to process an immediate refund. Any order cancellations made after 24 hours can take 2-3 business days to process.
All jewelry may be returned to Ainkas Jewels within 7 business days of receiving the product to be issued a full return or store credit. For a full return or store credit all jewelry must be unworn and in the original condition with tags attached.
Ainkas Jewels is not responsible for the fees associated with the return shipping unless otherwise communicated. All return shipping fees must be paid by the customer.
Custom/ Personalized Items
All jewelry that is custom and personalized with the client name or information is a FINAL SALE and NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES will be issued.
Please send unworn clothing back to Ainkas Jewels wishing 7 business days of receipt. All unworn clothing with tags attached can be returned or exchanged. If you would like to exchange an item, please include a note with the size you would like or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your exchange details . Upon Ainkas Jewels receipt, if the item is available it will be sent back Free of charge. If it is not available, an email will be sent asking for another exchange item or next steps.
